This programme is a 12 week pilot funded by the Ministry of Social Development with the core purpose of Hope Navigators working closely with Tāngata Whaiora paving their pathway to Mauri Ora with the ultimate aim of being work ready and staying in employment long term.

We are all about smashing down barriers for whanau and about breaking inter-generational chains that hold people back from reaching their true potential. This Kaupapa will involve Tāngata Whaiora working on their 12 week journey to Mauri Ora and transitioning into Mahi once this journey is done, the aim will be to keep the Hope Navigator available for pastoral care support once Mahi has begun to ensure the Tāngata Whaiora’s well-being is at the forefront during this time which will have positive effects on employment and sustained employment.
